This phone shows you what big changes Samsung wants to make in 2020

Samsung, it can be said, has refined some design concepts in both hardware and software over the last three years. And in 2020, it should come with those bigger changes that users are expecting. It also has a phone that shows the direction of development.

At IFA 2019, Samsung announced the Galaxy A90, a phone that also benefits from 5G, and at a lower price than the Galaxy Note 10 5G or Galaxy S10 5G. By the end of the year, however, we could see the first phone ready for 2020. It’s the Samsung Galaxy A91.

According to unofficial information available at this time, Samsung is preparing for next year all updates to the Galaxy A models of 2019. This means the following models: A21, A31, A41, A51, A61, A71, A81 and A91. That’s besides the Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series.

What’s special about Samsung Galaxy A91

It is very likely that the Galaxy A91 will hit the market only in January, but until then there have been some specifications. It has, for example, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage space. It also has a microSD card slot up to 512. So far nothing is out of the ordinary.

As a bigger difference, the phone would have super fast wire charging at 45 watts, 48 MP main camera with optical stabilization and 32 MP selfie camera. The ultrawide camera would be 12 MP and the screen would be 6.7 inches Full HD +. It would also be the company’s first Android 10 phone.

It is very likely that the above specifications will not be final for all phones. For example, the Galaxy S11 is expected first with the 108 MP camera . However, the list shows you that Samsung is trying to make the Galaxy A series constant and there are not too many differences between the phones. A surprise would be the presence of the ToF sensor for certain models at low prices. Until now, ToF was for premium phones.

As a summary, what Samsung is trying to do in 2020 looks like this: better cameras, improved One UI , even phone series and better technical features even when the phones are cheaper.
